On 17 December 2020, NTCC in close cooperation with Ms Kwan Phonghanyudh successfully organised the webinar “Service Design in the Digital Age” via Zoom. It greatly benefited our NTCC members and friends who are in service industries that would like to improve their service to better meet the needs of the customers and anyone who needed ideas to start a new business such as Startup, SMEs.

About guest speaker, Kwan Phonghanyudh
Currently, Ms Kwan is a PhD student at the Royal College of Art, London, United Kingdom and work in collaboration with local governments to improve local economy and well-being of people.
Education:
She completed her bacherlor’s degree in industrial design from Chulalongkorn University, Faculty of Architecture and master’s degree in Integrated Design from Köln International School of Design, Cologne, Germany.
Professional Experience:
Most of Kwan’s works aim at pushing the boundary of design in my country by introducing it to other fields, such as science, business, and public administration. I am a guest lecturer at both public and private organisations, including King Prajadhipok’s Institute, National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), and Thailand Management Association (TMA).
Besides that, Ms Kwan also conducted many researches in the area of public service, creative hub and creative district.
