Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team! Ideally, you should have some experience in managing agreements and handling documents, as well as corresponding with related business relationships.

Responsibilities Include:

• Negotiate and compare hotel room and tour rates, along with promotions from various operators, to ensure our offerings are the most competitive in the market.
• Regularly update the database with current information on room, tour rates, and any promotions available.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to enhance the conversion rate of travel proposals by suggesting competitive pricing that boost the company’s competitiveness.
• Actively participate in local networking events with partners and B2B travel agencies to maintain and strengthen professional connections.
• Collect, summarise, and analyse data necessary for contract actions to support informed decision-making.
• Handling additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English are essential.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred.
• Proficiency in computer applications is required.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills are crucial.
• Knowledge of the travel industry is a significant advantage
